When I was in undergrad they would have coach buses parked on bigelow that students would take back to like Philly DC Baltimore. I assume they’re still doing that so that could be why?

Since you’re a Pitt student and a lot of Pitt students tend to be from or outside Philly like yourself maybe call a bar in Oakland see if they can accommodate a game watch? You’re not necessarily going to find a bar here dedicated to Philly sports. Hems back room could be an option?
