I haven't personally done it but have been searching it myself. I think from what I've read, you use the rockstar social club to transfer your email holding the gta account to a different console
You just need to remember your rockstar social club email and password and sign in on your new console. Just going off Google like I say I haven't tried it myself as I'm currently killing off my ps4 I mean my boeing 747 😂ðŸ˜
