The first quarter of results are ads or a single sites sitemap of just their login and about page, or Google's own products. If someone were to monetize ChatGPT or some variation it will devolve the same way. You have to make money somehow. I can imagine mid sentence chatgpt saying this content brought you by...like on TV.
