“Title III, which this rule addresses, prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in the activities of places of public accommodation (businesses that are generally open to the public and that fall into one of 12 categories listed in the ADA, such as restaurants, movie theaters, schools, day care facilities, recreation facilities, and doctors’ offices) and requires newly constructed or altered places of public accommodation—as well as commercial facilities (privately owned, nonresidential facilities such as factories, “

So yes they’re violating the ADA. A private school is a business and a school. All activities are required to be reasonably accessible. Since diabetes and epilepsy require no accessibility provisions for the activities you’re talking about, they’re covered by default.

State or federal funding doesn’t play into this requirement although ADA violations are a reason to hold back such funding.

The school is engaging in discrimination.

One use of them is avoiding high speed vehicle chases through the city and preventing the inevitable resulting deaths from high speed chases. Tracking them from a helicopter and getting perpetrators when they stop the car and get out is safer. They can be bank robbers, shooters, whatever. They don’t just chase swimmers out of pools.

Any place that’s not white trash or blue collar could care less in general. Those two can be very homophonic around here.

Words of advice, coming from a native that’s been in all kinds of neighborhoods. When outside.., Headphones off: leave them home. Phones: in pocket out of view or home Don’t walk down the street texting. Keep a 20 and an old credit card in your wallet, keep your bank card, credit card, license and the rest of your cash anywhere but in your wallet.

Think of your wallet as a decoy

timeorganization.org It’s not the ritz Carlton but they provide shelter and drug treatment in one package and it’s grant funded. They’ll come get you.

You have to be committed and there may or may not be people using but mostly not. Just keep your side of the street clean.

If you relapse and get caught be honest come clean and don’t act like an asshole and they won’t throw you out.

Inverse square law of brightness. In order to expose for the earth and moon, the stars get lost at the bottom of the dynamic range capability of the medium. Brightness of light decreases as an inverse square of the distance traveled.

When you think about how far starlight has traveled…
