Very cool to see the inside of this building! It used to house the Providence County Savings Bank, which was founded in Pawtucket in 1853 and was bought up by Hospital Trust in 1922. This street used to have several very handsome bank buildings, including a grand one for Slater Trust.

Beautiful! I love the perspective of that 19th century brownstone building dwarfed by the newer towers around it. For two decades, it was the tallest building in Providence and was the home of the Merchants Bank.
