There’s countless videos of people being killed by the police and immediately many come to their defense saying things like “well what happened before the cameras started recording?” immediately casting doubt on the victims and giving the police the benefit of the doubt. As you all can clearly see, these officers were immediately fired and charged, as they should be! But that should be the way these cases are handled across the board, not just against black officers.

South Philly easily. For my job I drive in every hood in the city except for the Northeast, daily. I hate it every single time I drive in South Philly. The driver IQ seems to be lower than anywhere else in the city for some reason and pedestrians give even less of a shit, often walking into traffic without even looking.

Not really, crime and violence plagues the neighborhoods east of there as well. It’s just that Temple is smack in the middle of North Central which led the city in homicides for a long time. Not sure why people keep expecting gentrification to get rid of crime when that’s not what happens on the ground.

Was just telling my neighbor how much I hate idiot drivers and the fact I have to deal with them everyday as my job involves a lot of driving around the city. It seems since 2020 the amount of idiots on the road has increased tenfold. Coincidentally or not a lot of them are from New Jersey.
