TVs are usually very subpar to hook high end computers to as they are typically built to run the steady 24fps of tv/movies and almost always have terrible input lag which is usually a pre consideration for games.

However if you already have a $1000+ tv that can do the job then your budget is far more realistic now for 1440p.

You are going to have a very hard time with that, you should consider toning down your goals a bit with that small of a budget. Any decent 4k 120hz monitor alone is going to take pretty much your entire budget and the GPU to run it will cost just as much

If you are willing to go 1440p you will have a far easier time of putting a plan together

Steelcase Leap v2 ergonomic with an ultimate purple cushion is what I use, any other setup and my bottom/back of thighs go numb or start to hurt.

Might work for you to just throw an ultimate purple cushion on your current chair.

If there is garbage not in the garbage can throw away, if there is something on the floor pick it up and put it where it belongs, if there are dirty dishes wash them, if there is laundry all over your floor pick it up and move it to the laundry area.

TLDR, if something is not where it belongs stop what you are doing and pick it up
