It really depends on the contract she signed. Most midrange to high level contracts include this, but "VP of Global[something]" may be above that.
Regardless, you can't take another 7 figures job in secret. Stuff gets known fast

I've never heard anyone saying something remotely close to that in any language.
Does this make any sense to you?
It feels like it was taken from something like a Turkish to Greek learning book, then adapted to English and used in a French tutorial later on
