I read them and recommended them to my Mom, who enjoyed them too. I thought it was a great series, though I'm not sure if I'd want to reread it.

First I read that as .38, which I personally find too much of hand cannon to hit anything with, then I reread it.
I actually need a place to shoot myself, so I'm checking this thread. General good advice is to keep your guns squeaky clean and practice frequently. For safety gear, there are people that make custom ear plugs, but the muffs aren't bad either.
Good luck! And remember, squeeze trigger.

It's not just Reddit. My Dad, a man that sells two guns to buy one, hates the NRA.

Reply to What's your favorite "coffee table" book? by SAT0725
Probably more my style of coffee table book, but The Rose by Jennifer Potter and Fashion and Fetishism by David Kunzle. Lots of pics, but lots of fun tidbits of facts. Anything by Nick Bantock is fun too.

FYI, "lab bench" is what you're looking for. Hope the term helps.

Reply to Not sure if this is the best place for this, but how do you get through a book that is emotionally difficult for you? Potential spoiling of The Bell Jar. by IDoBeVibing745
Yeah, I just stop. There's a difference between "difficult but I'm enjoying it" and "this is making me feel like crap and putting me in a terrible head space".
Try it again later. But there's nothing wrong with reading "pop corn" when you need a break. Jerry Spinelli writes lovely YA. Pratchett is wonderful nonsense. The Simon Snow series is nice and fluffy too.
