Go somewhere other than the dealer and get the car fixed. Don’t buy a new car right now. Prices are going down.
Dealers aren’t the best place to get old cars fixed. Their hourly rate is usually 2 x other shops.

Year in and year out my ETFs do better than my managed funds. Therefore their allocation increases. I haven’t been in it long but the one thing that has done better is my managed fund that mirrors the S&P 500 but tax loss harvest every month. On a tax adjusted basis that’s done better

Probably have to get a loan to clear up the title. I wouldn’t hold the car while is was deployed. Cars are gonna go down more

I’d put it out on Facebook marketplace. We’ve sold several that way. Car max and others will cost you at least 3-5k

Some states let you buy insurance by mile. Depends on where you live. Check out metromile.com
