Yes and no.

I think with Game Pass and PS Now, we won’t be paying for single games for much longer. I think this’ll result in games being significantly shorter and more basic on release as they’ll not be getting as much money. They’ll then overcharge for DLC

PSX - didn’t really have any competition. Great games.

PS2 - had some great games and was relatively reliable.

X360 - absolutely blew the PS2 and PS3 out the water. This was the first console I ever owned that felt like it was a truly gaming machine. Xbox live was incredible. Parties were amazing. The entire experience is still unbeaten tbh.

X1 - whilst I ended up switching from the X1 to the ps4, I preferred having the X1. Not particular reason. I just preferred it all.

I’ve not owned a PS5 so I can’t compare but I currently have an XSX and I’m having the best time of my life on it
