Third party vendor = stopped for a few brewskis before shift. This video leaves the impression that there was poor lighting - if true, a buzz alone is unsafe, but a buzz combined with poor lighting means we’re lucky only one student was taken out.

As the ground thaws, I will be anxious to get this out of my yard. Looking for Scouts doing Eagle projects, gardeners needing it for their own use, etc etc. I just want it out. About 20 square feet available.

And RI cops are so honest and upstanding that they require an archaic yet ironclad Officers Bill of Rights - you know, to make driving around and shooting at teenagers safe again.
