Because it's an amalgamation of the views and philosophies of actual people, thus it will always be subjective.

What you call political correctness is just what you'd call truth if you agreed with any given issue.

How could it possibly be impartial and objective on man made concepts?

As interesting as people's stories are to read, they're all missing the point that they still don't know if that's the closest they've come or not.

You could have been moments away from all manner of freak accidents or murderous acts. You wouldn't know, and so you'd assume the closest you came was the time you're telling us about.

I work 4 on/off 12hr shifts and while I've had long stretches of being without depression, in the three years I've worked the job, it's the days off that get me.

A two day weekend is too short, but four days off is too much for me on the rotations when I'm not free at the same time as my friends. Makes relationships harder and makes being single lonelier.

Nothing has changed for generations. Younger generations appear however they appear because they're young, older generations likewise because they're older.

There was no generation where all the young people wanted to work hard - if they worked hard then it was because they had to, if the next one didn't then it was because it was optional.

I'm not sure to be honest, I do like observations like this but shower thoughts are really supposed to be more like quirky little things you've just realised about the world.

Sort of like "we come into this world with no teeth, little to no hair, no bladder control, and needing to be looked after, and we go back to that state before we leave it"

or

"Being up for something and being down for something means exactly the same thing"

But I've been wanting to rant about those stupid article conventions for years, so I'm not complaining too much! I feel the same way about youtube help videos with long pointless intro sequences followed by the same scene setting monologues, but at least those guys aren't being paid for their services!

It's amazing how many people think this is just some falsehood said to make people feel better and not an obviously self evident truth.

There are majority opinions (within groups), but not unanimous agreement.

The women I find most beautiful are never the women many if any of my peers find most beautiful. I've had people tell me I'm lying and must think a Megan Fox type is the most attractive sort of woman, and not hollow and phony looking to me.

The conventionally attractive (something that varies with culture, region and time period) are still attractive to me, but often far far less than others who most see as normal or plain looking. People can't grasp that if I could have the same woman as a partner but choose whether she looks like whatever glammy glossy celeb is popular, or a woman I find mesmerisingly beautiful, I'd choose the latter because that's who looks more appealing to me.

Poor shower thought but good complaint - I absolutely hate this.

Every damn help article wastes your time with a pointless introduction to scroll past.

Wanting to know how to change the resolution settings?

"Resolution is an important setting for any application and there will be times when the default value is sub optimal for your..."

"This guide will teach you how to easily...."

I don't know if it's minimum word count requirements or what but it's so insulting to the reader, zero of whom require a scene setting introduction.
