ohh, maybe only the Pro model has VIA, after a quick google, the regular one doesn't seem as straight forward, I see, good luck.

You should be able to use VIA, but you need to be plugged in wire for it to be detected and if it still doesn't work, then you need to import the JSON file, it should be on Keychron's website. Once you set it up, you can be wireless and won't be depended on Windows to remap so you can use on different computers etc.
