You are not alone.
In winter '67 a college classmate said to a group of us "You gotta be crazy or drunk to ride down a mountain on a pair of sticks". Words to live by.

A key point that you mentioned, do the non-resident state first. If using tax software then once you start your resident state's return the software will do all the confusing stuff for you. Just answer the software's questions. From my experience doing a friend's some years ago you may owe RI a little bit.

In the old days like when I was in high school in the '60s, the Thanksgiving Day game against your school's traditional rival was the final game of the season. For example, West Bridgewater versus East Bridgewater. Then the playoffs came along and seem to be getting longer but the T-Day games remain.

Do you get your won electric bill from Eversource, NStar or whoever? If you do then you should be able to. Give it a try. The landlord should not care since it doesn't affect them. Also, the landlord will not be investigating every single electron to see who generated them so will never know. But if electricity is included in your rent then you aren't the utility's customer so you would not be able to sign up as far as I can figure.

>Of COURSE Norwood isn’t listed
Norwood's electricity is municipally regulated (Norwood Power and Light) so *might* not be included in Mass's aggregation law. Doesn't Town of Norwood already negotiate cost of electricity themselves through the town-owned electric utility. So you're already aggregated in the sense that the town is negotiating the cost of electricity for you, not an investor-owned utility like Eversource doing the negotiating.

Jaw drop! Yes I graduated from Wentworth a long time ago ('68) but holy bleep it's gotten expensive. Every other school too I guess. Tuition was $800 my 1st year, not per semester, and $900 the 2nd if I remember correctly. It was a 2-year school then.
