Noise - loud talking, playing loud music and thumping bases where they don't belong

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for people enjoying themselves in night clubs etc, but I feel like residential buildings should be oases of quiet.

Edit: Same goes for anywhere you can't leave and any space you have to coexist in, e.g. public transport - I feel like anywhere people can't choose to opt out of your noise, you shouldn't be allowed to make any.
