I know it’s delayed but Hudson hall had the game on last night with sound. Granted it was rangers devils but if it’s a week day you might get luckily with one off games as well.

I’ve got a 2/2 in soho lofts, And that’s a solid amount for those line items, especially when I was looking at more downtown centric spots. Newer buildings are def much friendlier when it comes to the power bill. Would be mindful of some of the buildings around the ShopRite as there will be a ton of work going on for the foreseeable future.

Know a bunch of ppl who live around the vantage and like that area. But also some projects in the pipeline there. Condo renting varies depending on building. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

This is the way. Unfortunately in places like Jersey City you’re always going to have parking enforcement people that don’t look at things the same way. You basically have to get into a habit of grabbing pictures of your spot and sign if you notice that there’s a ticket on your car when you come back to it. That being said there should be an address on the ticket as to where the offense took place I would cross-reference that with where you were parked and if it lines up it really should be cut and dry if anything try and put your car back into a similar if not the exact spot and take a picture of it for reference.

Fleet feet in Hoboken is great if you want someone who knows their stuff. There’s also obviously footlocker but you’re not getting much depth there. Never been but you also have the shoe shop downtown on that triangle property where barrow st meets the pedestrian plaza.

Yeah not totally ruling out an issue with food but I got rocked late last week with what ended up being the virus. Only now starting to feel back to myself.
