This! I used to do ALDI or Lidl, but their produce (especially ALDI) has been disappointing. Prices at Wegmans are much more comparable with inflation and the quality is great.

Tobacco Company, sadly. The she crab soup was full of lumps like it wasn’t thickened correctly and barely had any crab. Our wine also had a super strong acidity that smacked you in the face. Our last time dining there was pretty much perfect, so this was a bit of a let down

Probably moot, but do you have title insurance? We recently purchased a home on a new lot and it came highly recommended if any of the longer standing neighbors made claims about what was marked as our land.
