Never said that, however fuel and vehicle taxes fund road maintenance... so they should get the priority of what they pay for...

Unless you are representative of the majority of your area, that doesn't change how taxes should be spent.
Or how ridiculous it is to add a sexism charge to allocation of funds, unless women are still kept from driving cars or holding office jobs in your area...

Inspection and repair. No AI is ever going to make subjective evaluations for wear, conditions, or weird electrical problems, or come up with the ability to repair at the sub-component level.
I do aircraft repair, the FAA is never going to let a robot sign off inspections

Aircraft mechanic, no robot could do my job, there's way too much subjective evaluation and non-standard systems.
Not to mention the FAA would never let a nonhuman approve an Aircraft for return to flight status.
