You’ll be fine there. There’s a number of Clark owned buildings on those blocks. Be smart at night and you’ll be ok.

Most of the immediate areas 4-5 blocks is fine because a lot of it is Clark owned or owned my property management companies. Many grad students live in the area.

Also 5 blocks in one direction is not necessarily the same as 5 blocks in the other.

Having said that, if you share a more specific address (cross streets) we can advise better.
