Would love to see an account of the 10 Billion and change Clinton helped raise for Haiti after the earthquake a decade ago. Apparently about 89% of the money went to outside agencies and private contractors who did who knows what, and 11% went to the Haitian govt and Haitian businesses. But hey, I'm sure it is all accounted for and completely on the up and up.

They had to do a study to show this? Considering around 75-80% of the people that died were over 65 and in poor health it's not exactly rocket science to say if you were in good health you would probably not need to be hospitalized.
