The Keychron K4 has a pretty similar layout. I daily drive one at work and have had a pretty positive experience using it in both wired and wireless modes. Keychron also has the Q12 which is a 96% with a left handed numpad which I'm interested in. That one has QMK/VIA support whereas the K4 doesn't.

There's also the Kbdfans Odin, but I have less knowledge on that one since I personally can't justify the price for myself.

I’ve been daily driving a Keychron K4 for about a year now. Has all my numpad needs and I like the extra bit of compacted-ness. Keychron boards typically have a dedicated switch to flip between windows and Mac, and the switches are usually hot swap, I switched out the alphanumerics to Drop Halo Trues and the numpad keys are box jades.

Got it with gateron blues stock, then around last year I swapped them for some old Halo Trues I had lying around
