He is supporting countries banning travel to India. He is definitely against India.
You have got some very fair points on the rape.
Personally I know nothing of indian politics, but think it's overblown. Been to India, met no rapists.
Well... I'm on the side that gives Indians more power. Banning tourism does not give Indians more power and weakens them, as the government(and indians) will be losing out on tourism money.
