Most traffic offenses that require court appearances, including speeding, are misdemeanors, not felonies.

In some states, including WA, speeding while evading police is a felony and there are a few other specific conditions where driving at high speeds can turn into a felony (e.g. speeding resulting in manslaughter). But the act of speeding alone is not a felony, i.e., if you’re tagged for doing 25 over at a speed trap but you pull over when directed, you’re getting a citation and court appearance but not a felony charge.

FOR THIS SURVEY, THAT INCLUDES ANYONE THEY HAVE PARTICIPATED IN SEXUAL ACTIVITIES WITH, INCLUDING: SEXUAL INTERCOURSE, NON-PENETRATIVE SEX, ORAL SEX, MASTURBATION, ETC., WHETHER THEY WERE IN AN EXCLUSIVE RELATIONSHIP OR NOT.

They’re counting any sex act, and I’m guessing their sampling wasn’t diverse. No wonder their results are significantly higher than the CDC, which reports opposite sex vaginal, oral, or anal sex partners only.

Are you telling me to do this or OP?

If I were OP’s stepmother I’d be pissed I’d ever been put in this situation to begin with. Why the hell is some stranger doing work on (or stripping, who knows…) a car on her property in the first place? OP doesn’t seem to have the best judgment…

Regarding your edit:

If you make it to Portland you won’t have a problem driving further north up I-5 to Seattle. If you’re going to encounter snow, it will be south of Portland when you’re in the mountains between Chico and Eugene.
