He said that when he was Defense Minister all he saw were reports of UFOs. All this other stuff was what he heard from other people later on life. He's also selling a book.

The blackbox part is very interesting. Perhaps that will open up new avenues that no one had ever thought of.

Of course there’s alien life somewhere. But this dude is not speaking of first-hand information. He’s just talking about books he’s read and what other people have told him.
