TNR is good, but you need to know what to order: personally a fan of their fish with black bean sauce, dry fried eggplant, among others. There are some good local places depending on what you're looking for: Peter Chang for Szechuan, Hong Kong Pearl for dim sum, Peking Gourmet for Peking duck.

That said, the best Chinese food regionally is up in Rockville.

I had the opposite experience. FIOS was maybe double the speed of Comcast. Pricing was near identical.
