Let me try to remember:

- 1/4 cup onions

- 100 grams of ground turkey, with salt and pepper added

- 90 grams of chickpea pasta

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce

- 1 tsp turmeric

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 cup water

- 1 tbsp flour

- Onions and turkey in a medium-low heat pan

- When ground turkey is browned, add tomato sauce, turmeric, water and then pasta. Put a lid on it and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.

- Lift the lid, add milk and flour to thicken. Add a little more salt and pepper. Mix. Close the lid and turn the heat off. Let it cook down another 4 minutes.

That's done.

Crush up the wafers of course, (don't blend or process because you want some of that texture) but yeah, that's the mix!

If you want, you can also beat the egg whites separately and that might result in a fluffier mix.
