Go to your doc, meds are great for anxiety and not remotely "dumbing" like people think. Changed many peoples lives ive known...like crazy.
So many peoples parents thought this was a social issue...it is..but its also biological, and more for some than others
Seek PROFESSIONAL help

A friend at work also recommended groovelife because of their 94 year “no BS” warranty. Supposedly covers lost or damaged belts for 94 years so I figured it fits as well assuming it really is a “No BS” Warranty by chocolate_spaghetti
