Look up Providence Bike Jam (I think it’s pvdbikejam on Instagram). They take over the city- between 100 to 300 bikers- one evening a month and do a big route visiting different neighborhoods. Ending at a bar for a hangout. The woman who organized it is active in advocating for updating the city … where bike lanes are needed, etc. Best!

I was in AS220 a couple weekends ago, I’m 42… I thought people were lined up but they weren’t. I took my drink up to the improv show. Sometimes I stay near the door cuz I’m headed upstairs, or I get behind my friends or people I recognize who I know are also headed upstairs

Are they offering the housing as optional? Or is the housing compulsory? Would you be sharing a room at the hotel? Or have one of your own? When your job is also your landlord, sometimes those situations can become a trap.. there could also be hidden fees in the contract. Be sure to read everything closely and keep your passport safe. It’s not bad advice to take the fail, get the work done at another garage, then go back and get the pass. I dated a guy who handed these tickets out, and he said they don’t ticket the fail inspections tickets for a couple years. And it turned out to be true for me.

I didn’t say no inspection. I said failed inspection.

I’m in MA. I’ve driven around with a fail sticker for a couple of years because of a cracked windshield. It’s ok to have a fail sticker for a bit.
