Nah just erring on the side of caution with how callous the cops can be and turn you into a conviction. Case in point one of the videos where cops were trying to arrest teens based on jaywalking

That's long term infrastructure soft loans (especially from Japan), not aid in the normal sense. India has stopped taking aid for any tragedies from the last 5-7 years and is now sending aid to other countries

Still doesn't excuse the additional cold supply chain cost required for the vaccines even if it is cheaper than Pfizer vs none for AstraZeneca
