I'm not sure that's a thing outside of being walkable. 30 minutes is probably doable from Newton on most days, but if you start going further out it's going to get harder. Brookline is a great choice is you can afford it, but that goes with Newton, but brookline is closer, and the Schools are top notch.

I'm assuming the goal would be more energy independence if military installations. So Solar and wind tied to a big ass battery, or something like that

Higher HDI than Massachusetts: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland.
Lower HDI than Massachusetts: everything else.

Every year Nova Scotia gifts Boston a Christmas tree. They do this because of Boston's response to the 1917 Halifax Explosion.

I think all of New England was like that. Old pictures of MA just look like open fields
