Oh man there's so many, COD, FIFA, Assassin's creed, a big one imo is Last of Us. My friend has both LOU games and I tried playing, but they just bore me to death. The show was cool though.

Most people say RDR2, I played it on my Xbox and I wasn't a huge fan, but I'm not one for slow-paced story games. Personally I would say Cyberpunk, they've fixed a lot of the issues and a second one is in the works.

Ooh, for me? Planetside 2. Definitely dated, some of the graphics textures aren't great, but once you get in a 50 players vs 50 player fight it goes crazy. I mean, it's hard not to love seeing dozens of ships flying above you, explosions all around, and general chaos.
