Subaru’s rear wipers were designed so that this happens! One of my favorite features in the car during the winter along with the front windshield warming element.

If it’s raining, dark, or snowing they are required to have the lights on.

Reply to how cold is your house? by bdana666
60 constant, although the thermostat typically reads 65. I don’t like having to be in shorts in the house and put pants on outside to play with the dogs. I’d much rather keep pants on the whole time. Who doesn’t like being in a hoodie?

Ah, honestly these could be done by hand, already sewn once but the thread is coming apart after a few years. I just don’t have the skill and want it done right as they are form fitted to my feet now.

Where do you live? I’ve got a pair of leather fur line Mocs that need to be sewn up. Happy to pay

Don’t know what heat pumps you got, but ours are more efficient than the oil baseboard system until about -10 (theoretically, we haven’t had much under -5 in the last few years). The efficiency also only really drops at -5. Daikin is our brand, they’re awesome and the reduced AC costs in the summer are massive as well.
I remember a time where our house didn’t have AC in the summer as kids because we didn’t need it!

Only real purpose I’ve seen for these besides killing people is for wild boars in the south. There’s way too many of them and semiauto rifles are the best way to take them down. Not only are they destroying farmland but they are dangerous to people/animals

Muck boots are great if you have to go out in the snow. If you’re not shoveling, hiking in snow, or other stuff a pair of leather boots will be fine!

If people really want the real number, it’s 1,390 confirmed child maltreatment victims per 100,000 children. 2000 kids are currently in Foster care supervised by the state. We have a problem, what are you doing to help?
Volunteer and donate to root causes of child maltreatment. Poverty, addiction, mental health services. Volunteer and donate to organizations that help our youth. Big brother big sister needs Bigs, your local food bank needs volunteers, and everyone needs money.

Higher poverty and more rural areas? Like Maine? We have 6 counties under 50k median FAMILY income. Every county except for Cumberland, York, and Sagadahoc are below the US median. Couple that with high cost of living and you get 11.5% of the state living in poverty. It’s time to recognize we have an issue and do what we can to make things better.

So it was full size candy bars right? That’s the only way to go if you have a McLaren.

Call the police, but if you want them to pay the bills it’s going to be a civil suit. Hire a lawyer to talk about that.
