Somebody has had 3 tickets on his car that’s been left on my street for the last 3-4 months. They got the 3 tickets in a relative short succession (parking more than 2 hours as a non-resident) early on. Since then they seem to have left him alone. I see people getting no tickets in a loading zone right across the street on a daily basis but for some reason they don’t seem to compelled to give him that 4th or have it towed. It’s the weirdest thing.

Agreed. I do miss Nutter. Times have changed and things are different but I feel like he was respected by most, even if people didn’t agree with him. Plus he legit took part in the Red Bull Soap Box Derby in Manayunk like a million years ago lol.

I’m pretty liberal too and I would volunteer for that campaign in a heartbeat. We need a good technocrat to run this city. We would probably actually get more done.

The PPD aren’t worried because why would you leave a cushy job getting paid on “temporary disability” while also being out with the “blue flu” while also working a active second job to pay for your shore house. I’m sure the DC police department requires their staff to actually show up and do the job.
