At these shipping costs it might be cheaper to visit and transport the books myself (once my list of books to buy is long enough). Know of any good physical stores for used books in the UK?

Thanks, they offer the best shipping I've seen so far (12-17 dollars/book).

They don't carry that many American/English language-books. Some can be found in the UK of course, but the shipping is almost as expensive as ordering from the US.

From where did you order that?
