If she has a co-signer, I would think any place she could afford the rent would be fine. I had shit credit coming out of college, but had my mother as a co-signer on my apts. I’ve never been turned down for a rental. I’ve rented with Metro, Pollard and Bagby, Thalmer, One Scott’s Addition, and Dickson. Currently rent through Neville C. Johnson and i recommend them very highly. Though I no longer have a co-signer these days.

My point is that profitability is not directly coordinated to quality. You can be the worst sub sandwich restaurant and still be the one with the most locations… Subway

So I’m judging the food, quality of service, price point of the menu, and atmosphere. And overall, Gersi is a worse experience than driving to Short Pump to eat at Maggiano’s. The fact that one is a chain and the other is not makes no difference.

We got a couple apps. The classic bruschetta and the mozz. They were both mediocre at best. Carraba’s does a better job than Gersi.

No it’s not. Ordered the black linguine and they didn’t even get the shape of pasta right. The veal parm was garbage. It was legit just bland tomatoes on top of store bought pasta.
