Then make them ultra wide. It doesn't matter how big the gates are if they're shut when the train isn't there. Who said it had to be a perfect ratio?

That gates could be 15 feet wide. It doesn't really matter as long as they're shut when the train isn't there.

I don't get this defense of not having it. I have to stop in the exact right place when I park a car too. If the trains are that hard to control they can't stop at a certain line then there's a bigger issue.

I saw two kids run across the tracks at fields corner, one had to be pulled back up onto the platform when the ashmont train started coming. It was scary as shit

Really unrelated thought but we only had stop and shop and price rite in the town I moved here from. I thought stop and shop was the best but I really like Star Market now.
I go to the JFK one but is there a bigger or better one?

Its normally not so bad when I have to use the red line shuttles. Maybe it was just a bad day but that broadway situation was a big nope for me lol

Almost? You dont have to go many times to surpass the cost of the card in savings, they're not very expensive. My girlfriend has hers and pays way less/gets better deals than when I go to a rec disp.

Yea that's when I bailed. I was up by the yellow line and started having people bump into my back. I had never walked from broadway to my job before but at least I know the route now.

I didnt notice it until the day before but I could have been more proactive in checking I suppose. I normally dont mind having to use the shuttle so I didnt uber but I waited 20 mins for the bus, then another twenty at broadway before I gave up. There was no arrival times on the board either. They should def come more frequently than that when so many people are trying to use it.

Yea mine are basically nubs now haha. I figured it was savin hill, for some reason I figured the stops were better down that way but I've only taken the braintree that far down a few times.

Missed my train by 30 seconds cause a group of screeching high school kids decided to have a meeting in front of the gates. I get in and the board was just blank for ages and then finally a message popped up for 24-32 minute wait popped up. Thank God two different people with shoulder strap bluetooth speakers came in behind me blaring competing music so I wasnt bored.
What stop was this?

Those requirements were changed literally barely over a week ago. The comment I was replying to was obviously referencing an earlier trip.

I went on a cruise this summer and literally every line we looked into mandated a PCR, supervised covid test (vax mandatory) 48 hours prior to boarding. Either you were covid free at that point or you're lying. Either way your comment is useless

Were they filming on A street the other day? On my way to work they had all the parking blocked off and on my way home a bunch of crew and two vans that said something like movie or entertainment catering.
