The hard part is it isn't cheap anymore. I'm sure you can do okay on 200k but it isn't cheap place property anymore.

He's the former mayor turned DSA leader. I'm calling it out because he acts like he's an agent of change and against the establishment, but his whole career is politics. He did a push poll last summer trying to get people to ask Troy Jackson to run. Troy wasn't happy because he literally never wanted to run, but somehow Ethan made money off it or got lists of people.
