First film I saw him in was a western blockbuster ‘King Arthur’ with a very underrated cast btw (look it up honestly) - he played Tristan, who was a good guy.

Trance - Danny Boyle with James McAvoy, Rosario Dawson. Really good, dark film with interesting direction. McAvoy plays an art dealer who is hypnotised to find out where he stashed a stolen painting.

Remake is decent. Oliphant holds the show down pretty well and the score is very good. IRS a movie where the characters mostly make smart decisions and act like actual people instead of vessels to cause the next major mishap.
