Do you have a basement? Im looking at possibly getting a heat pump, but we dont have a basement which could be a problem as I have been told.

I don't know about Mint, but, I have used T-Mobile for over a decade and it does well enough in eastern Mass. I do run into trouble in more rural areas though.
