Apparently "Normal" is described as follows

Uses Medium High heat to dry large loads of mixed fabrics and items. Use Normal cycle to increase energy savings versus Regular cycle by using a slightly lower heat level.

I work at whirlpool (who also produce maytag, I recognized the EXTRA POWER) and I'll be honest the marketing department baffles me. In my current project we're getting some timeline delay because they're stuck on deciding between having the text be "frozen lasagna" or "frozen bake".

The vast majority of people aren't going to even realize that there's a frozen lasagna option on their oven, much less use it, I don't understand...
