If the image quality doesn’t make that much of a difference, I will go with 60. However if the difference is severe(like in hogwarts legacy), I will choose 30 fps. My samsung qn90b has game motion plus and it makes 30 fps look smooth without input lag and some games just look much better in 30 fps modes

I would go for a digital only ps5 tbh, ps5 is a very big of an upgrade compared to series s. However, series s is a very good secondary console to ps5 imo because you can still enjoy gamepass and some xbox exclusives and play other games on ps5
