Around 1:00 AM this morning, a bucket truck pulled into my alley behind my apartment in SW. The guys back up beeping woke me up, and then his wandered around looking at things with his iPad somewhat sketched me out. Probably a lineman out checking for power outages but still, the timing was weird.
