I don't understand the term white elephant either. In my country it more refers to a sale of secondhand household nick nacks and decorative items 🤷🏻‍♀️

Rather than hoping, stop buying products with palm oil. Stop demanding and they'll stop supplying.

I really wish people would get more proactive about consumption and purchases rather than continuing the behaviour and bemoaning how dad it is or how fucked we are. We don't need to be screwed, you just have to actually start doing.

There is no draft in Aotearoa New Zealand. Joining a NZ military service is voluntary and the only requirements are that you are 18, be medically and physically fit and be a citizen or permanent/indefinite resident.
