They block off all the construction zone lanes now 🚧🚧 … then it gets too cold to work on them… that way, everything can sit blocked off until May when it thaws.

Yes, site employees in PA, DE, and NY are often entertained by the driver standing next to a dispenser with a puzzled look on their face trying to figure out what to do without their Fuel Replenishment Technician.
