I don't like it, because people do get proven innocent and it's bad enough when you release an innocent person that's been locked up for years but you can't release the dead

I had to Google the definition, but it seems you're right the word rigged seems to assume a level of dishonesty. So I guess at a casino everyone knows the games are designed for them to lose

Well you could just drop out of college, because you're literally paying them to be there, so if you don't want to be there you should probably not pay them a fortune for that privilege
