Where should families visiting their hospitalized children park? Because there are exactly 2 children’s hospitals in Connecticut, meaning the hospital serves fae more than just Hartford.

I can see that. Definitely a small shop as it currently stands. I'm curious to see how the new setup looks.

Yep. Seems weird to see them moving across the street. Hope it doesn't affect the grinders.

Why do people think the government of Connecticut is determining gas prices? Our average for regular gas is $3.36 according to AAA. Texas has the cheapest regular gas in the country at $3.13.
If you want to bitch, bitch to the oil companies, OPEC, and the idiots who want to stop the transition away from fossil fuels.

I’m a bit spoiled where I live. E&D and Naples are straight NYC style and excellent. Little City feels like a cross between New Haven and NYC and is fantastic. If you need cheap and fast, Hot Heaven is pretty good.
All around the Avon / Farmington area.

It’s always remarkable just how sick their view is of people who don’t fit their neat little boxes.

Fun move to go from an assumption to a statement of fact. Just to clue you in, that’s not how facts actually work. Nor would it matter if you found a majority of bigots to oppose this. It doesn’t make the bigotry right.

Why? They’re part of our society and just as valuable and worthy of understanding as anyone else. I’d say as valuable as you, but I know between a transgender person and you who I’d much rather have in my society.

Julian is a Mermaid is a fantastic book. It’s about a kid who is supported by family and treated kindly for expressing different interests and feelings and not following traditional gender norms regarding dress. He dresses like a mermaid for a mermaid parade.
Of course the right wing snowflakes are losing their minds at the idea of not presenting transgender people as anything but evil abominations.

I also moved from NJ to CT and live in Avon. I’ve got an acre on the woods with a bigger home for less money than it cost me in NJ. Good neighbors, excellent schools, good food (including grocery stores) and shopping options close by. It’s a nice centralized location without being too crowded or too remote.
