I was going through this same situation looking for a PCP after moving to the area. Umass has online scheduling where u can see which doctors are taking new patients and when u can be seen. It’s not great but I was able to get in with someone in mid May.

Costco has Casper mattress’s for sale and they deliver. Plus their return policy is great.

Mexicali is the worst Mexican food in the area. Mexican food that lacks any flavor. Taco Bell is better.

Hola restaurant in southborough. Don’t know if that’s too far. Great drinks, chips are fresh, tacos were awesome. I’m from Texas., closest thing I’ve had comparable to back home.
