No it isn’t lol. Family of 5 paying over $200/month for water… in a good month. PA American Water is terrible. Aqua might be slightly better but won’t be cheaper than PWD.

It would. London has tap to pay and it’s seamless. Just tap every time you enter/exit and they calculate your trips and bill you at the end of the day. It’s great.

Reading Terminal is the correct answer. Do that then maybe walk to Old City and visit Independence Mall real quick. If I had an hour in Philly, that’s what I’d do fwiw.

You got downvoted but it’s true. I went to the Waterloo one and it was great. Didn’t get to try the food, but they had Herr’s which was pretty cool.
Don’t worry about missing out on British food. Try fish and chips then check out and try whatever.
