It is my understanding that withdrawing cash is taxable.
You need to use it for qualifying medical purposes.

I have not bought a physical book in years. Road Trip - book, working on a hobby - book, working out - book, you get the idea.

Sorry miss read your post. I thought you were currently buying another car. Not already acquired one. I guess with that info the worst you can do is call JD and explain the situation as you said and see what they can do. Maybe they can buy it back from you or something.

What I meant is that some dealerships, like the one you are working with might be able to roll the 2.3K into the vehicle you are looking to buy so you can pay off the clunker and not take the hit.

I would not risk the hit to your credit, collections and the repo on your court records. Repos here in WI they have to sue you in court. Not sure how that works for you. Could you work with the dealership to take it as trade? I have heard of people rolling that debt into something else.

Reply to LPT Request: What is your pro tip to help me clear all the fear of failure and doubts from my mind and become confident and self - disciplined? by captain_hardon
Without failure, learning is not possible. It's the lessons we learn from them that make us better. One thing that has always helped me is starting small. Set a goal and do not try to take it all on at once, otherwise you will get discouraged and give up. Like if you want to be able to do a 5K do not just go sign up for one. Go for a 5 min walk, then a 10..15.. and so on. Good luck.

I also go through ups and downs with reading, where I feel like nothing I try to read scratches that page turning itch. So I switch to Music. I find audiobooks is the key. I can "read" all the time then. And with Audible I can just ask for a refund if it is not something I enjoyed.

I stand corrected. I was unaware of that which means I have been losing out of cash back/points. Thank you.
